Medieval and Luxury

I must say,  the royalty really out did themselves with Versailles. My first week in Paris we costed Notre Dame and the Palace of Versailles. Honestly I wouldn't complain if I lived in a palace. Except at Versailles I would need a golf cart for transportation from one wing to another;  it's so large.  Really it's amazing.  I didn't even see all of it before I was wiped out and decided to stop for a tea party. Which was the best tea I have ever had! First off the atmosphere is great because you're in a palace having tea.  Then on top of it the taste was absolute perfection. I'm going back to Versailles I think twice more before I leave and one of the times I think I'm going to have to buy a box of that tea. If anyone is ever in Paris make sure you go to Angelina's. I got the Angelina's herbal tea.... or thè infusion. It's amazing! So I guess my favorite part of Versailles was the gold and the tea. The worst is probably the lingering feeling of the guillotine. I guess Marie Antoinette's life wasn't too bad even though it was cut short.

Then Notre Dame is just incredible! Not much to say other than that it's a must see. Plus it's right in the middle of town so it's kind of hard to ignore.  Although I'm impressed on how much of Paris I haven't seen. It almost scares me. I just want to see it all!
